Position
Antony Dutton is the head of the dispute resolution practice. He specialises in international disputes with a particular emphasis on banking, corporate, insolvency and trust litigation. Cases Antony has handled include: Shamil Bank of Bahrain v Beximco Pharmaceuticals & Others, In re Ultramast Limited and Thyssen-Bornemisza v Thyssen-Bornemisza. He is currently advising the joint liquidators of Flightlease Holdings in relation to complex, multijurisdictional claims for wrongful termination of aircraft purchase contracts. In 2009 his team obtained summary judgment in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
