Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012 on Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility ("Regulation) has been issued on 4 April 2012 to implement Article 70 (4) of Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies. Government Regulation No. 27 of 2012 on Environmental Licenses (" Regulation ") was issued on 23 February 2012 to implement certain provisions of Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management (" Environmental Law ").
