Partner and head of dispute resolution. Areas of expertise include commercial litigation, including business and share sale disputes; breach of warranty claims; contractual disputes; minority shareholder actions; insurance disputes; civil fraud cases; contentious construction claims; shareholder and partnership disputes.
Cathryn also specialises in professional negligence, including mishandled litigation, tax advice, commercial property transactions, mergers and acquisitions, pension disputes, financial litigation including hedging claims and financial product mis-selling, professional indemnity disputes, professional fee disputes, complaints and regulatory matters.
Cathryn regularly delivers seminars to clients and intermediaries and is consultant editor for the professional negligence division of Simons Taxes.
