Specialises in electronics patent litigation and IT disputes, as well as advising on general IP and related competition law matters, including trade marks, designs and copyright and providing general strategic advice. Has a huge breadth of experience in the IT, telecoms and other sectors, derived from his in-depth technical knowledge and from experience as both in-house and independent legal counsel.
