With over ten years of providing commercial and commercial property advice in Worcestershire, Sarah is a partner and head of the firm’s commercial division. Sarah provides pragmatic advice on a full spectrum of property matters including acquisitions, disposals, restructures, landlord and tenant matters and all aspects of development work. She also deals with various commercial agreements. With niche expertise in advising the hospitality industry, including: hotel groups, Michelin starred restaurants, and pubs. Sarah is currently heavily involved in delivering advice in regard to GP Consortia Constitutions, updating practice partnerships agreements and reviewing GP property arrangements.
