Position
Jon is a partner in the litigation department, acting for private clients in contentious issues relating to their commercial interests. His practice covers most aspects of contentious Chancery work (shareholder disputes, fraud, trust and probate litigation), as well as Commercial Court work. He is recognised for his ability to deal effectively with large volumes of information and documentation, his thoroughness and attention to detail, as well as his practical, commercial approach to the bigger picture and his clients’ wider interests.
