Position
Jonathan is a partner in the corporate group. He is an advisor to growing entrepreneurial businesses, working closely with his clients to help them achieve growth, primarily through mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, cross-border transactions and joint ventures. Jonathan has 23 years’ deal negotiation experience and has advised clients from across a diverse range of sectors, including recruitment, travel, facilities management and publishing. Jonathan has been listed in the ‘UK and European Legal Expert Guide’ 2010 for corporate/M&A.
