Position
Ian is a partner in the real estate group and specialises in the purchase, sale, development and letting of all types of freehold and leasehold commercial property. He has many years’ experience of commercial investment in development transactions and has developed a particular following amongst the more entrepreneurial and innovative property companies and funds. In response to client demand, Ian specialises in the increasingly complex financial structuring of property deals and works closely with the firm’s corporate and corporate tax teams to devise creative structuring for property transactions.
