Position
Jeremy is the head of Mishcon’s intellectual property group. He specialises in contentious intellectual property, advising on all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement (such as trade marks, copyright, confidential information, trade secrets, designs, passing off and patents). He is an acknowledged expert on injunctions, including search, freezing and disclosure orders, and he is one of the UK’s top anti-counterfeiting lawyers. Not surprisingly, clients in his practice come from many sectors but notably IT (software and hardware), pharmaceuticals, retail and luxury goods.
