Position
Pensions partner based in the firm’s Norwich office. Harry’s experience dates back to 1988 and therefore includes the major changes in pensions law and practice brought about by the Pensions Act 1995, the Pensions Act 2004 and the Finance Act 2004. He acts for trustees and employers in relation to occupational schemes and covers the usual range of work including corporate transactions, advice about discrimination and other legislative requirements, drafting scheme documents, scheme mergers, winding up and Pensions Ombudsman cases. He also has practical experience of the trusteeship of occupational schemes.
