Gill is committed to supporting her clients to ensure they find robust pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues. She has particular expertise advising on commissioning, procurement, contracting, research and governance issues. Gill also supports her clients on the implementation of policy and on collaborative projects with other public sector bodies and commercial entities. She has considerable knowledge and expertise of the NHS and wider public sector both at a national and local level. Her approach is to use this understanding to support and guide clients to pragmatic outcomes that are lawful but also right for them.
Gill began work in the voluntary sector, moved into publishing, working as politics and history editor at Cambridge University Press for four years before qualifying as a solicitor. After a brief time in the City she joined Mills & Reeve in 1997 and became partner in 2001.
