Position

Raith heads the projects and construction team. He advises bidders, lenders and public sector clients on a broad range of large defence, education, health and outsourcing projects. He is a national leader in student accomodation projects. He also heads Mills & Reeve’s aerospace and defence sector.

The firm holds a strong expertise in the student accommodation field but Andrew Ray and Alasdair Poore recently also acted for the MoD in the designing of an open communications system and the rolling out of procurements to deliver it as part of Project Morpheus from the Cambridge office.
