Bridget specialises in all types of PPP schemes, project funding and the health and care sector. She has advised on a large number of significant projects across a wide range of sectors and and has particular interest in joint service delivery projects such as the NHS Lift initiative. More recently she has been advising clients on exit options and getting best value from operational PFIs.

Wood acted for¬†Bournemouth University Higher Education Corporation in the sale of a long leasehold interest in Cranborne House student accommodation block to Campus Living Villages. Principal associate and real estate specialist¬†David Stead¬†also focuses mainly on the¬†health and education sectors. The firm also has a standout practice for defence projects, and it supported the Ministry of Defence with the development its multibillion-pound programme to provide communications and information systems for use in tactical environments.¬†Andrew Ray, whose work spans projects in the defence, health and energy sectors, led that work. Mills & Reeve LLP 's infrastructure team impresses clients with its 'response times, business acumen and industry knowledge' and recently welcomed Adrian Luto and Justin Hennessey to its London branch through the firm's merger with Maxwell Winward. The firm holds a strong expertise in the student accommodation field but Andrew Ray and Alasdair Poore recently also acted for the MoD in the designing of an open communications system and the rolling out of procurements to deliver it as part of Project Morpheus from the Cambridge office. Bridget Archibaldheads  the practice and is active on the development of new healthcare facilities. Commercial specialist Rhian Vandrill  advised Dudley CCG on its £4b contract on a Multispecialty Community Provider model. Employment expert Jog Hundle   recently defended a teaching hospital against allegations of race discrimination and victimisation by a consultant employee. He also advised 2gether NHS Foundation Trust on its merger with Gloucestershire Care Services, including on the transfer of its staff. Martin Brewer  is also experienced in employment matters. Also recommended are mental health specialist Jill Mason  and corporate specialist Julian Smith  , who recently assisted Elysium Healthcare with its acquisition of Broadham Care. Consultant Stuart Knowles  works on inquests and investigations and recently conducted inquests on two deaths at Rampton Hospital.
