Tracey Haynes was admitted as a solicitor in September 2001. She has been a member of The Law Society's Children Panel - The Children Law Accreditation Scheme which covers all types of children law work since 2009. Members will have shown, to the satisfaction of the Law Society that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of children law.

 

Tracey has extensive experience in all areas of family law including children act, financial matters and protection from Domestic Violence. She has represented all parties in family proceedings including children. She has a broad range of experience in family issues such as divorce, associated financial matters and issues relating to contact and residence. She has worked with many vulnerable clients in relation to domestic violence issues and in care proceedings. She also undertakes Public Law work relating to children. She is able to provide sound legal advice whilst maintaining a good common sense approach. She is very passionate about her cases and always tries to reach the best possible outcome for her client. Tracey regularly attends Court and does her own advocacy.
