Position
Bernadette is a partner in the clinical negligence team. She has assisted Laurence Vick in building up the team and practice area. Bernadette is a qualified paediatric and general nurse and worked as a nurse for many years in senior posts before qualifying as a solicitor in 1998. Bernadette has a 100% claimant clinical negligence case load and handles a variety of cases including brain injury claims and other complex clinical negligence litigation. Her nursing background greatly assists her work in this field and her ability to deal with medical evidence especially in difficult causation cases.
