Introduction: The firm INVICTA, advokatni kancelar s.r.o. was established in April of 2016. Right from the start the INVICTA team has consisted of experienced lawyers who have worked in top international and local law firms and major corporations.

Main practice areas
Real estate and construction: To succeed in real estate development our clients can rely on the deep understanding, knowledge and experience of our lawyers. We help our clients when planning commercial development, construction of office or residential buildings, industrial and warehouse facilities (greenfield or brownfield) as well as with private real estate. Our lawyers assist in all kinds of real estate acquisitions, real estate dispositions, lease of real estate and property management. We represent our clients in development zoning, planning procedures and in construction proceedings, in proceedings concerning environment related issues as well as in respective litigation and dispute resolution.

Mergers and acquisitions, corporate law: INVICTA helps its clients to structure their new business or with their corporate changes, and through restructuring including cross-border transactions. We help our clients to build and negotiate their corporate structure so their future needs are carefully protected and we also deal with associated regulatory matters.

Litigation: We advise and represent clients in relation to various types of court litigation, including representation before the Constitutional Court. In addition, we advise and represent our clients in arbitration before local arbitration tribunals and in administrative proceedings before local administrative authorities. We provide the enforcement and execution of our client´s claims and receivables and we advise and represent our clients in liquidation and insolvency proceedings.

Banking and finance: Our lawyers have extensive knowledge and experience regarding banking and finance law, specifically in providing legal services concerning various types of loans and securities transactions, including financial structuring and negotiation.
