Corporate/M&A: Maric and Co Law firm has extensive experience relating to company matters, from establishment to acquisition, sales, mergers, restructuring, corporate governance and corporate litigation. The firm recently participated in the setting up of the local Porsche Leasing and Porsche Partner companies by Porsche Bank Austria. It also advised in the merger of two Siemens companies in the country.

Energy: the fact that the firm was hired by the EU as a local consultant in the implementation of the law establishing the production, transmission and distribution of electric energy is its best credential in this field.
