Career

Jesper specialises in public procurement law.

Jesper strives to make the complicated uncomplicated and to always provide solution-oriented and serviceable advice on public procurement law.

He has completed a significant number of public procurement processes on behalf of public contracting entities, just like he has successfully conducted a number of significant cases before the Danish Public Contracts Complaints Board, the Danish Courts and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board.

Throughout his career, Jesper has worked within both the private and the public sector, amongst others as manager of a purchasing- and procurement department. He applies his experience from the public domain both actively and strategically when providing advice on public procurement.

He is an experienced lecturer and regularly provides courses for municipalities, regions and private enterprises on issues of public procurement.
