Position
Alexis is a partner specialising in insurance. He focuses on insurance distribution projects, general insurance product development and regulation, and on coverage disputes in the energy and construction sectors. On the distribution side, Alexis has worked on many of the largest deals in the UK affinity, corporate partnership and broker distribution markets. He works with insurance sector clients in Europe, the US and the Middle East on cross-border insurance distribution, including through passporting and fronting arrangements. Alexis works with insurer clients developing general insurance commercial and personal lines products. He also advises on general insurance regulation, and works on outsourcing policy administration and claims handling functions and on claims supply chain projects. Alexis advises corporate policyholders, particularly in the construction and energy sectors, helping them negotiate their insurance programmes and resolve coverage disputes. Alexis is a co-author of The Pinsent Masons Guide to Insurance Distribution and is a regular contributor to the insurance press and speaker at insurance seminars.
