The team has construction (FIDIC), regulatory, project, litigation and arbitration expertise, acting for major French and international energy companies, as well as engineering companies and contractors. On the domestic side, it is advising Fusion for Energy (F4E) on the International Thermonuclear Energy project. It is also assisting with inter-connector and oil refinery projects and handles litigation related to the manufacturing of turbines. The team is also advising a member of a consortium on a large-scale nuclear construction project abroad and is involved in large hydropower projects in Africa.
