Position
Andrew is well known for his disputes work acting for a range of large industrial and commercial companies including Aalberts Industries, Dixons Retail, Filtronic, Hanson, IMI, SPF, Northgate, William Hill, Leeds Bradford International Airport, and Siemens. Andrew concentrates on: substantial contractual disputes, in particular product liability claims, prevention and advisory work; other large contractual and tortious claims, especially Capital Goods, IT contracts and business acquisition disputes; contentious pensions and trust work including shortfall recoupment, rectification of deeds and rules, breach of trust, ombudsman cases, professional negligence, etc. Reported cases include: McDonnel Information v Vercom; Walker Morris Trustees v Masterson & Another; Beta Fence v Veys & Others; Sovereign Trustees v Glover & Others. Andrew is a member of the Leeds Law Society, the Society for Computers and Law and the Association of Pensions Lawyers.
