Position
Jacqui is a pensions partner. Jacqui handles all aspects of pensions law and in particular advises companies and trustees in relation to private sector occupational pension schemes including advice on the complexities of the Pensions Regulator’s moral hazard regime, scheme change proposals, scheme funding and scheme mergers. Clients include Northern Foods plc, Vertex Data Science, William Hill Organization, Heywood Williams Group PLC, the trustees of the Vaillant Pension Scheme, the trustees of the Henry Boot Staff Pension & Life Assurance Scheme and the trustees of the Hickson Group Pension Schemes. Jacqui has served as honorary secretary to the West Yorkshire Group of the National Association of Pension Funds and is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers. Jacqui regularly speaks at conferences and seminars and provides training to trustees and to company directors. Jacqui is recognised by ‘The Legal 500’ as a leader in the pensions field.
