China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) instructed the group on an injunction action by a Singapore-listed company to restrain insolvency proceedings by a Chinese state-owned company. The practice is headed by ‘experts’ expert’ John Bishop who is ‘one of the best in China’, and Hew Kian Heong, who is ‘very professional with a wealth of experience’.
