Extensive international and domestic corporate finance expertise, including substantial experience advising on complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures (typically with a cross-border element), restructurings, financings, private equity and general corporate/commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance issues. Practice spans many sectors, including; oil and gas, financial services, aerospace, life sciences, technology, media and telecoms. Also advises in respect of general corporate/commercial issues, including in relation to the Companies Act 2006 and commercial contracts.
