Mark is part of the commercial risk and reinsurance team. Mark specialises in insurance coverage disputes across a wide range of business lines including property, product liability, and fidelity guarantee/commercial crime, on both a direct and reinsurance basis. His practice area also includes bringing subrogated recoveries for insurers and defending complex liability claims for both manufacturers and insurers. Experienced in litigation, arbitration and ADR.
