Position
Danielle is a partner whose practice covers all aspects of employers’, motor and public liability injury work; member of BLG’s catastrophic injury team and has particular experience in handling brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex multiple injury and amputation claims; currently acting on behalf of issurers in the Food Safety prosecutions and group action of approximately 80 civil claims arising out of the South Wales E-coli outbreak in 2005. Reported cases include: Department for Transport v Matt MacDonald and Amey Mouchel Ltd, Court of Appeal [2006]; Goad v Butcher & sons, Court of Appeal [2011].
