Has been involved in many of the most high-profile marine casualties including ‘Erika’, ‘Mighty Servant 2’, ‘Castor’, ‘Leader L’, ‘Superferry 14’ and ‘Mighty Servant 3’. Also advises on major energy claims, both onshore and offshore. Specialises in shipping law, with particular emphasis on claims under charter parties and bills of lading.
