Sarah Clover is joint head of the firm’s professional and commercial disputes department and has been involved in some of the most high-profile claims against law firms in recent years. She also has wide experience of law firm regulation. Sarah is lead partner for a number of top City and national firms. She has a busy case load of complex claims arising out of varied types of commercial transaction. Sarah is a well known speaker and author on the subject of solicitors’ professional liability.
Career
Articled Turner Kenneth Brown; qualified 1983; gained wide commercial litigation experience for three years after qualification with Turner Kenneth Brown; following a short spell with Victor Chu & Co in Hong Kong joined Barlow Lyde & Gilbert in 1987; partner 1992-present.
