Position

Mr. Magriso is a founding partner of Raved, Magriso, Benkel & Co., Advocates & Notaries, and the head of the firm’s Infrastructure, Project Finance and Banking department, as well as the Foreign Real Estate practice of the firm.

Career

Mr. Magriso has extensive experience in world-wide real estate transactions, including complex construction and development projects, due diligence investigations concerning real estate properties and strategic planning of such projects, and providing advice to global real estate holding companies. Mr. Magriso has also extensive experience in complex project finance deals and all related regulatory aspects, including some of the major and most pronounced infrastructure projects in Israel in a variety of fields, such as gas and oil, electricity and power, water, communications, road and railway. Amongst Mr. Magriso's clients are many of Israel's leading financial institutions and governmental companies, as well as Israeli and Israeli controlled global corporations involved in international real estate and infrastructure transactions.
