Broseta Abogados acted for Banco CAM and Banco de Valencia following the Bank of Spain’s intervention to replace the management of both with representatives from the Fund for the Orderly Bank Restructuring (FROB). It also advised a syndicate of banks, led by Bankia, on the €120m refinancing of Siliken. Antonio Navarro heads the practice, which recently recruited Manuel Mingot from Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira.
