Position

An Associate at the Firm, Kim is a member of the Firm’s Disputed Probate Team and advises clients on all aspects of contentious trusts and probate disputes. Kim is currently studying for her Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) accreditation, which she hopes to complete this year.

Career

Kim joined the Firm as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property Department in 2007, commenced her training contract in 2008, qualified as a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Department in 2010 and was appointed an Associate in April 2016.

Education

Kim obtained a 2:1 (Hons) LLB Law Degree from the University of Leeds in 2006, before completing the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Birmingham in 2007.
