Position

Lead Partner of the Personal Injury Team, Tim is an accomplished and very experienced personal injury practitioner, having specialised in this field for over 20 years. He specialises in clinical negligence and personal injury claims.

He has concluded many significant and important claims for seriously injured claimants during recent years ranging between £3-£4 million pounds and is currently representing a claimant who has suffered a serious head injury and requires substantial care. The schedule of loss currently exceeds £30 million. Tim has great experience litigating the difficult issues that arise in these cases, such as the recovery of damages for care and the provision of statutory care services, negotiating and seeking approval of orders for periodical payments etc.

FBC Manby Bowdler LLP's practice is headed by Tim Gray , who specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence claims. He recently represented a client who suffered brain and orthopaedic injuries during a motorcycle accident 10 years ago, which was logged with the Motor Insurers Bureau. Gray is supported by Susan Todhunter  who advised on a claim made by the parents of a child who fell from a window which had been poorly repaired by the local council shortly before the incident occurred. Other noteworthy figures include Sophie Ann Bridges   and associate Adam Wilson.
