Prior to joining Magrath LLP, Susan trained and worked in the City for over a decade, including working in the group HR department of a major retail bank as its in-house employment solicitor. Experienced in advising and training on all aspects of employment law, particularly in relation to collective redundancy issues, TUPE, discrimination and senior executive terminations. Undertakes own advocacy in employment tribunal hearings.
