Head of property litigation and head of mediation unit; responsible for forming the first, and still the largest specialist property litigation unit in Scotland with an involvement in a string of ground breaking cases on ‘keep open’ clauses. Also responsible for the firm’s strong practice advising other professional firms, including competitor legal firms, on partnership and senior director disputes.
