Head of the firm’s public sector group advising clients in sectors ranging from education, regeneration and local government to central government and NDPBs. Recent transactions include: advising on the merger of three colleges to form City of Glasgow College; advising British Polythene Industries plc on its logistics outsourcing agreement with TDG (UK) Limited; advising the executive director on the equity arrangements in the restructuring of the Gladedale and Manor Kingdom groups; advising Hunter Douglas Industries BV on UK diligence for its multi jurisdictional acquisition of the VKR Group of Companies.
