Position
Roger Tynan is a partner and heads the London office employment team. He acts for both businesses and senior executives in the UK and abroad, often at times of transition and organisational change. Roger provides strategic advice on the many and complex human resource issues that affect all businesses, from recruitment through to termination, and is accustomed to negotiating complex bonus, share and incentive issues on termination. An experienced court and tribunal advocate, Roger has litigated a number of very high value discrimination claims. Roger has particular interest in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
