Partner in the employment team, specialising in employment law, acting for employers and employees with emphasis on business transfers and reorganisation, collective employee relations, senior contracts and dispute resolution. Extensive experience providing broad spectrum of employment law advice for clients throughout the UK; has taught employment law topics at several Scottish universities and is a regular speaker at conferences. Accredited as a specialist in employment law by the Law Society of Scotland.
