Position

Partner in banking and finance group advising on a broad range of banking transactions. He leads Macfarlanes' acquisition finance practice and advises private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and mezzanine lenders on acquisition finance transactions, investment grade loan facilities, guarantee and security issues, mezzanine debt and intercreditor issues. Also advises debtor and creditor stakeholders on R&I transactions and hedge funds and managed account platforms on their derivative, trading and prime brokerage needs.

Trained Clifford Chance, qualified 1998; four years’ post-qualification as an associate at Clifford Chance in the banking and finance department; Macfarlanes banking and finance group 2003, partner 2006.
