Visiting scholar University of California, Berkeley researching the American superfund regime, comparing it with UK and EU legislation 1993; Robert Schuman Scholarship European Parliament, considering the Commission’s proposals in the EC Green Paper ‘Remedying Environmental Damage’ for DG IV, the Directorate General for Research 1994; various articles published in ‘UKELA E-Journal’, the ‘Law Society Gazette’, ‘Estates Gazette’, the ‘Environmental Law Review’ and ‘Construction News’, ‘International Banking and Financial Law’ and ‘Media Law and Practice’.
