Immigration

Within: Immigration

Sitting within the firm's broader employment team, Capital Law Limited 's immigration offering provides particular expertise on corporate UK in-bound immigration matters with a particular specialism in Tiers 1 and 2 of the points based system. The arrival in December 2017 of associate Jennifer Pinder from Berry Smith has strengthened the team that also includes solicitor Alex Christen, whose expertise includes assisting companies to become licensed sponsors and providing immigration due diligence on corporate transactions. As well as standalone immigration work and training sessions with which the firm regularly runs (most notably recently regarding the implications of Brexit on corporate immigration issues), the team is also able to leverage the firm's impressive roster of corporate clients, and regularly advises them on the business immigration implications of business transfers.
