Position

Thomas Pieper focuses on complex international dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on European and Latin American parties. He has successfully represented foreign and domestic clients in large international cases before German, Mexican and U.S. courts, as well as in international arbitrations, both before arbitral organizations and in ad hoc proceedings. An important component of his work is the drafting of proper dispute resolution clauses. Thomas also represents clients in regulatory matters, including FCPA-related investigations, and assists with transactional issues.
