In addition to serving as the partner with principal responsibility for coordinating Hogan Lovells' U.S. pro bono activities, T. Weymouth's practice focuses on regulatory and policy matters affecting international commerce, including counseling companies, organizations, and individuals on compliance with U.S. and other laws governing international business transactions and activities, including anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws (such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)), export control laws, economic sanctions programs, and anti-boycott compliance laws. He also assists manufacturers, exporters, importers, and consumers in actual and threatened antidumping, countervailing duty, and other trade remedy proceedings in the United States and elsewhere (including China and Brazil).
