Position

Robert Welp advises private equity and venture capital firms in all aspects of their practice, including investments, acquisitions (LBOs and MBOs), recapitalizations, and the dispositions of their portfolio companies. This experience includes private placements and fund formation matters. Robert advises companies in general corporate matters, financing transactions, recapitalizations, merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures and divestitures.
