Pierre Reuter, the head of the Investment funds and Banking & finance practice at Hogan Lovells Luxembourg, was one of the founding partners of the Luxembourg office.

Pierre assists fund promoters in setting up and restructuring Luxembourg regulated in-vestment funds, UCITS and AIFs. He advises clients on Luxembourg investment fund structures investing in all kind of asset classes including real estate, private equity, renewable energy, debt as well as funds of funds strategies. Pierre has been involved in guiding both fund managers and alternative funds through the implementation of AIFMD in Luxembourg and its impacts, as well as the setting up of AIFMs.

He is also in charge of the Luxembourg regulatory work.

Pierre is already ready to offer practical and commercially oriented advice to get the deal done.

Since 2016, in his role as office managing partner, Pierre is holding high Hogan Lovells' flag of diverse, respectful and inclusive firm.

In tandem with the firm's London office, team head Pierre Reuter recently acted for the EIB on a €30m bilateral loan facility to Medneo.
