With over 30 years' experience, first in London and then in Italy, Leah Dunlop is one of the very few bi-lingual, dual-qualified M&A lawyers operating in Italy. She is head of our Italian M&A practice and leads cross-border teams supporting clients in M&A, strategic alliances, reorganisations and first-mover projects, with a consolidated track record in sectors such as Automotive, Energy and Natural Resources, TMT, Consumer and Financial Institutions.

Francesco Stella advised BNP Paribas Cardif on the acquisition of a majority stake in Cargeas Assicurazioni, a non-life insurance company in Italy; Luca Picone assisted the sole shareholder of Italian company L'Aromatika, a manufacturer of coffee pods, capsules, beans and coffee concentrates and extracts, with the sale of a majority stake of its corporate capital to Italmobiliare; and Leah Dunlop and Antonio Di Pasquale acted forJAB Luxury on its disposal of a controlling stake in Bally, the Swiss luxury shoe and accessories firm. Marco Rota Candiani heads the real estate practice in Italy.
