The ‘flexible team’ at Hogan Lovells International LLP provides ‘excellent work’ and ‘a very high service level’: while ‘all issues are dealt with quickly’, the advice remains ‘pragmatic and detailed’. The team covers a wide range of ECM work including IPOs, rights issues and capital increases and frequently acts for the issuer but also assists investment banks.
