Other highlights include assisting Berlin Hyp with the financing of the acquisition of the Cologne-based office and hotel complex Triforum by GEG German Estate Group. With particular experience in hotel property transactions, Marc Werner advised Art-Invest on the acquisition of two luxury hotels in Cologne and Baden-Baden. In January 2019, Martin Haase was promoted to the partnership and Markus Franken was appointed counsel.
