Corporate and corporate finance lawyer. Wide experience both in general corporate advisory work and corporate transactions. Advises a wide range of corporate clients and merchant and investment banks in connection with: public takeovers, mergers and demergers; the establishment of joint ventures; private merger and acquisition transactions; flotations; other corporate equity fund raising; and advising corporations of various sizes in relation to their ongoing affairs (eg issues connected with general meetings, scrip dividend schemes, removal of directors, etc).
