Commercial dispute resolution specialist with a focus on contentious competition and tax matters. Wide experience of regulatory investigations and private litigation in relation to cartels, abuse of dominance and contentious issues arising from mergers and acquisitions. Michael also has particular expertise in complex and high-value tax disputes involving the application of both UK and EU law.
