Was in charge of the firm’s corporate department from 2000 to 2005. Has over 30 years’ experience of M&A transactions and is the most senior corporate lawyer in Linklaters. He is also jointly the highest rated M&A lawyer in the United Kingdom in ‘Chambers Directory’ in each year 2000 to 2005.
